Hi there! I’m Jackie, and I’m thrilled to connect with you!

Originally from Miami, Florida, I now call Miami Beach home. My journey with yoga began in 2015 when I discovered the transformative power of hot yoga. It ignited a passion within me, showing me how yoga can heal not just the body, but also the mind, soul, and spirit.

Yoga has been my anchor through life’s challenges, leading me to realize my purpose: to share the gift of healing with others. In 2021, I became a Certified Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher, specializing in a range of styles from gentle therapeutic restorative yoga to dynamic vinyasa and power yoga.

I am dedicated to supporting artists, executives, athletes, and individuals in embracing a positive and mindful approach to life and career. Through yoga, sound healing, and wellness practices, I create a safe and nurturing environment where community members can authentically connect with themselves, fostering vulnerability and truthfulness.

No matter your level of experience, everyone is welcome to join me on this journey. Remember, yoga is for every body!
