Jackie Pommier

Jackie Pommier is an expert ERYT-500 and Certified Pilates Instructor, specializing in gentle therapeutics, restorative yoga, yin, vinyasa, and power yoga. In addition to her yoga credentials, she is a certified Pilates instructor, certified Aerial instructor, and Sculpt instructor—offering a comprehensive, movement-based wellness experience for students of all levels.
A lifelong athlete, Jackie began competing in gymnastics and ballet at the age of five, later pursuing specialized training that laid the foundation for her deep understanding of movement, anatomy, and body awareness. Her lifelong connection to fitness and the performing arts shaped her intuitive approach to teaching and healing.

Originally from Miami and now based in Miami Beach, Jackie graduated with honors from Florida International University in 2012, launching her professional journey in the hospitality and fashion industries. Raised in a household of pioneering fashion and modeling entrepreneurs, she was immersed in entertainment, fashion, and media from a young age. This creative and disciplined environment fostered her entrepreneurial spirit and inspired her mission to blend artistic expression with holistic health.
In 2015, Jackie discovered the transformative power of hot yoga. What began as a personal practice quickly became a calling to guide others. By 2021, she had completed her 500-hour Yoga Alliance certification, and today she supports individuals—artists, executives, athletes, and beyond—through mindful movement, sound healing, and holistic wellness.

Jackie creates a safe and nurturing space where clients can connect authentically with themselves and their communities. She believes that healing happens when we embrace vulnerability, truthfulness, and self-compassion. Her approach is rooted in joy, inclusivity, and a deep belief that wellness is for every body.
Whether on the mat or in the air, Jackie is committed to helping others find strength, balance, and peace through movement and mindful living.
